General Terms & Conditions

BENITO COVID-19 UPDATE 

  • Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and clients. As such we kindly request you to answer these questions prior to booking your appointments.Have you at any point in the last 7 days had a-continuous cough?-a fever?-any loss or change to your sense of smell or  taste?-been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19?
  • If you answer YES to any of the above, please cancel/reschedule your appointment.

APPOINTMENT DAY

  • Please arrive on time and alone (babies ok), please cancel if you feel unwell and display any COVID-19 symptoms. If we see signs of the symptoms we have the right to reschedule your appointment. Please do not forget your mask; a hand sanitiser will be available upon arrival. Please note some treatments may take a little longer than usual as we prepare and sanitise between each and every client.

Discount Cards

  • Only one person will be allocated for use of a discount card
  • Discount cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
  • All cards must be present prior to treatment
  • Discount applies to full price services only and excludes retail and packages

Corporate/Retail Cards

  • Card must be presented at time of treatment to be eligible for discount
  • Benito reserves the right to seek confirmation of your employment

VIP Cards

  • VIP cards have no cash value, cannot be sold and are not transferable
  • VIP cards are valid for the allocated cardholder only
  • For ALL VIP cards, the maximum discount that can be applied on lash extensions and LVL lash lift treatments is 20%
  • VIP discount (where applicable) is valid on full price services only and excludes the sale of retail products and packages
  • Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion
  • Benito reserves the right to withdraw discount card at any time if subject to unfair usage
  • Under no circumstances will cards be re-issued if lost or stolen

Lash Extensions/Lash lift/Tinting Terms & Conditions

 

Bookings and Deposit Policy

  • We take a deposit of £10 to secure your Lash/Lash Lift appointment and make sure a Technician is available for you
  • If you do not attend or if you are more than 10 minutes late, or if you do not give us more than 24 hours notice to rearrange or cancel, you will lose your deposit

Tinting Services

  • For new clients, a patch test is required a minimum of 24 hours before treatment and is valid for 6 months
  • For existing clients who have not had a treatment in the last 12 months will be subject to a further patch test a minimum of 24 hours before treatment

Lash Lift Services

  • A patch test is required a minimum of 48 hours before treatment for new clients and existing clients who have not had a treatment within the last 6 months
  • We advise that you wait a minimum of 6 weeks before returning for an LVL treatment

Lash Lift Discounts

  • Discount on Lash Lifts are only eligible with the following discount cards:
    Corporate Cards, Retail Cards, 20% VIP Card
  • With 50% and 100% VIP cards, the maximum discount that can be applied to Lash Lift is 20%
  • Host Store discount does not apply to Lash Lift treatments

Loyalty/Package Card Terms & Conditions

 

Wow Brow

  • Wow Brow is a pre-paid card and offers 3 eyebrow shapes
  • Card cannot be used alongside any offer or promotion, holds no cash value and is not transferable
  • Cards should be kept in a safe place, as no responsibility or compensation for loss can be taken by Benito
  • Card can be used at any of our locations (subject to a further skin test for tinting treatments)
  • The card has an expiry date of 3 months from the date of issue

Just Browsin

  • Just Browsin is a pre-paid treatment card and offers 3 eyebrow shape and tint treatments
  • This card cannot be used alongside any offer or promotion, holds no cash value and is not transferable
  • Card should be kept in a safe place, as no responsibility or compensation for loss can be taken by Benito
  • Card can be used at any of our locations (subject to a further skin test for tinting treatments)
  • The card has an expiry date of 3 months from the date of issue

FLC

  • FLC is a pre-paid treatment card and offers 3 threading treatments
  • Valid for forehead, lip and chin threading treatments only
  • Card cannot be used alongside any offer or promotion, holds no cash value and is not transferable
  • Card should be kept in a safe place, as no responsibility or compensation for loss can be taken by Benito
  • Card can be used at any of our locations
  • The card has an expiry date of 3 months from the date of issue

Loyalty Cards

  • Loyalty cards hold no cash value
  • Collect any 7 treatments to get 1 free
  • The most frequent treatment received shall be the free services offered
  • Treatments exclude Individual Lash Extensions and LVL Lash Lift services
  • Card cannot be used alongside any other offer or promotion
  • Loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with a pre-paid card for the same treatment
  • All benefits apply to the allocated cardholder and are not transferable
  • Card should be kept in a safe place, as no responsibility or compensation for loss can be taken by Benito
  • Card can be used at any of our locations (subject to a further patch test for tinting treatments)

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards have no cash value
  • Gift card is valid only for the treatment specified and cannot be redeemed alongside any other offer or promotion
  • No responsibility can be taken for the loss or compensation of gift cards by Benito
  • Gift cards can be used at any Benito Brow Bar (subject to a further patch test for tinting treatments where necessary)
  • You are required to notify your Technician in advance if you wish to use a gift card as no change can be given
  • Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue

Competitions

  • -There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
  • -By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
  • -The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner
  • -Benito will notify the winner when and where the prize can be delivered
  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent
  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions

Social Media Competition 

  • Benito will judge the competition and decide on the winner each week, which will be picked at random from all complete entries via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
  • The prize is as follows: choice of 4 Benito Gift Cards
  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  • The prizes are not transferable and are for the allocated winner only
  • Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice
  • The winner’s name will be available on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, they will need to give their postal address to: sharethewow@benitobrowbar.com
  • Benito‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final
  • Benito shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage
  • Benito also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control
